ETHICAL VALUES

Ethical Values

We believe artificial intelligence should be developed with human sovereignty, privacy, transparency, and compassion as first principles. Saturn One is designed so the person remains in control, understands what is happening, and can trust that the system serves their interests — not the other way around.

1. Human sovereignty
AI exists to assist people, not replace human judgment. The user remains the principal decision-maker.
2. Privacy by design
User data should remain under the user’s control. Local-first execution and user-owned infrastructure are the default direction of the platform.
3. Transparency and auditability
The user should be able to understand what model was used, where a task ran, what data was involved, and what action was taken.
4. Explicit approval
Sensitive actions require clear user permission. Agentic behavior must stay bounded, visible, and interruptible.
5. Compassion and non-manipulation
AI should be useful, respectful, and calm. It should not exploit attention, emotion, or cognitive bias to increase dependency or engagement.
6. Accountability
Failures should be explainable and traceable. We do not hide behind “the AI did it.”
7. Bounded power
We are not building omnipotent AI. We are building powerful tools inside human-defined limits.
8. Long-term responsibility
We treat intelligent systems as something that must be guided, constrained, and educated with values before it is scaled.

EvoCortexAI was founded by Dmitrii Sukhov, a Lead Apple Platform Engineer with over 10 years of experience and an MSc in Computer Science from the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI (Moscow).

Based in Barcelona, he is building Saturn One as a private AI workspace that gives professionals full control, explicit approvals, and a visible audit trail — with local-first execution on hardware the user owns or operates.
